Stacy Wegner has been a Physician Assistant since 2000. She holds a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Practice from Finch University/Chicago Medical School, is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and is licensed in Arizona. Over many years in orthopedic surgery and interventional pain management at Chicago’s leading hospitals and surgery centers, she developed deep expertise in regenerative medicine, hormone optimization, injectables, and cosmetic procedures.
Today, Stacy offers a full range of wellness, aesthetic, and regenerative care under one roof: bioidentical hormone therapy, IV nutrition, PRP, micro-needling, peptide and growth hormone therapy, medical weight loss, neurotoxin and fillers, and minimally invasive liposuction. She continually advances her training so your care reflects the latest safe, effective techniques.

Stacy blends Western and Eastern medicine to look beyond symptoms and uncover the root causes, then designs a personalized plan around your goals, your body, and your life. Alysia
Alysia is a Medical Assistant with 3 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, working alongside Stacy throughout that time. She has developed a passion for patient care, aesthetics, photography, and content creation.
She joined RMAZ to bring her experience and creativity to a team that shares her passion for helping patients feel confident and cared for. She is excited to continue growing within the aesthetic industry while expanding her skills in social media and marketing.
Outside of work, Alysia enjoys spending time with her son and family, cooking, traveling, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, and making memories with the people she loves.
Jacy Flores
A Tempe native who grew up in the East Valley and now calls Phoenix home, Jacy Flores brings a rare mix of holistic wellness and hands-on clinical experience to Renew Medical AZ. Her path began in holistic care and lifestyle management. Since 2016 she has studied nutrition-focused healing and energy work, built on the belief that what we consume shapes how we feel.
In 2018, Jacy stepped into medicine while working alongside a Scottsdale physician whose practice offered many of the same services as Renew Medical AZ. She trained in nearly every role in the clinic: front desk, office manager, medical assistant and OR tech. Along the way she earned certifications in Brazilian, Colombian and French lymphatic drainage techniques and in craniosacral therapy. That experience gave her a complete view of what a practice needs to run well, and of what patients need to feel cared for at every step.
At Renew Medical AZ, Jacy oversees the operations behind the patient experience: scheduling, memberships, vendor and pharmacy partnerships, pricing and the systems that keep the clinic running smoothly. She brings a holistic eye to everything she touches, making sure each visit feels personal, calm and effortless.
